Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund with limitations. Please see below for details and instructions related to our Return Policy.
“All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your pack and must be in unused condition with all the original packing intact. To return, please contact us at readypacksllc.com and someone will contact you within 24 hrs. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment costs and we strongly that you use FedEx or UPS service with appropriate insurance. Additionally, there is a $25.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund when processed.
After receiving and inspecting your return, Ready Packs will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds may require up to one billing cycle before appearing on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card vendor. Ready Packs will send you an email when the refund has been executed. In the event that the returned pack is missing items or includes damaged product, Ready Packs will contact you to discuss the additional costs prior to issuing a refund.
