Return Policy

A Ready Pack may be returned for a refund with certain conditions as outlined below:

1. Email us: [email protected] for approval & confirmation of the return
2. XGO T-Shirts and Boxers are not returnable
3. Returns must be in unused condition with original packing intact
4. Returns must be postmarked & return-shipped within 7 days after delivery
5. Customer is responsible for return shipment cost;  FedEx or UPS Ground service with appropriate insurance is highly recommended
6. A $35.00 repackaging fee will be deducted from a refund when processed
7. After receiving, inspecting, and approving a return, Ready Packs will process the refund within 5 business days
8. An email notification will be sent upon refund execution
9. Refunds may require up to one billing cycle before appearing on credit card statements
10. For missing or damaged items, Ready Packs will reach out to discuss additional deductions
