Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund with limitations. Please see below for details and instructions related to our Return Policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt and must be in unused condition with all of the original packaging intact. To return, please email us at support@readypacksLLC.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to keep everything in its original shipping box with all internal packaging intact, then return to:

Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping, and you are strongly advised to use UPS or FedEx Ground service with appropriate insurance. Additionally, there is a $50 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund when processed.
After receiving and inspecting your return, Ready Packs will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds may require up to one billing cycle before appearing on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card vendor. Ready Packs will send you an email when the refund has been executed. In the event that the returned pack is missing items or includes damaged product, Ready Packs will contact you to discuss the additional costs prior to issuing a refund
